ALL RATES ARE PLUS TAXES
Check-in time is 2:30 pm. Check-out time is 9:00 am
Deposits: All deposits are due 10 days after making your booking, Balance due when you arrive (No personal checks)
Cancellations: deposit will be returned to you with 60 days notice prior to your booking, but there will be a 30.00 charge.
Liability: Guests are responsible for the actions and safety of themselves and children. We are not responsible for any personal injuries or losses. We are not responsible damages or losses to personal equipment. Dock and swimming at own risk.
Pets: Some dogs are allowed with prior approval. Due to people's allergies, no cats are allowed. There is a $25 pet fee. |
